One boat party is clearly NOT enough. So we are organizing the first annual UnOFfIcial Chicago Scene Boat Party (not affiliated with Chicago Scene).

The party is set for August 29th, and will begin around 12pm in the Playpen, look for the Illinois flags.

Let’s be honest, Lake Michigan is nothing more then a giant pit full of pee, beer and anorexic girls going bra-less, so the parallels to Kam’s are undeniable. And, if UofI does one thing well, it’s turning unofficial events into parties that top the actual events, so let’s let this party be no different.

Obviously, the more the merrier, so please pass this along to any Illinois alum with a boat (if they are not a UofI alum, just make sure they are willing to fake it for a day).
